Play Therapy

Where play becomes the language of healing and connection

Children communicate and process their experiences differently than adults, through play, imagination, and connection. Play Therapy offers children a safe and supportive space to explore their feelings, make sense of their experiences, and develop new ways of coping.

By using a variety of Play Therapy approaches, we create a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves, work through challenges, and build emotional resilience. We thoughtfully select and adapt therapeutic interventions based on each child’s age, interests, and unique needs. These may include expressive arts, Sandtray therapy, and parent-child relationship activities that foster healing, connection, and emotional growth.

Our work is always collaborative — we partner closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that the entire family is supported throughout the process. Together, we aim to create meaningful, long-lasting change for your child and your family as a whole.

Play is a child’s natural language — and through it, they can express feelings, process experiences, and build emotional resilience. Play therapy creates a safe, supportive space where children can explore their inner world with the guidance of a trained therapist.

We support children navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, big transitions, or behavioral challenges, always honoring their pace and strengths. Our approach is child-centered, attachment-informed, and grounded in deep respect for each child’s unique story.
