Assessments
Assessments can be completed by Senior Psychologist either in-person or virtually. Each Assessment is billed at a separate rate listed below.
All Assessments do require a $500.00 deposit which is applied to the cost of the assessment and NOT an extra fee.
Psychoeducational/ADHD (includes Executive Functioning, Cognitive and Learning Disability): $3000.00
Adult ADHD (includes Executive Functioning and Cognitive Only): $2000.00
Gifted: $1350.00
Youth ASD/Autism (includes Cognitive, ADHD and Executive Functioning): $3500.00
Youth/Adult ASD/Autism (includes Cognitive, ADHD, Executing Functioning and Learning Disability): $4200.00
Adult ASD/Autism & Cognitive/ADHD: $3300.00
PDD/AISH: $1800.00
All assessments can be offered virtually to support accessibility.
An additional $250.00/hour fee is applicable for any third party consultation time needed or any out-of-office observation time. This fee is not included in the total cost of the assessment.
Supervision
Supervision as a provisional psychologist, play therapy consultation, EMDR consultation, or general consultation is priced as follows:
Individual: $215.00 per hour
Group: $90.00 per hour
